Spot is a quiet, calm boy who walks well on the leash and has experience being buddies with other, larger dogs. Underneath his friendly, kind demeanor, Spot has medical conditions which require a compassionate human to handle. He takes ongoing medications for arthritis and knee issues, and as a result, he needs daily exercise. This beautiful senior boy hasn’t had the easiest life thus far: during his stay at the shelter, he had a low-grade cancerous mass successfully removed with a great prognosis. Spot is best friend material. He will thrive in a home with lots of love and children 10 or older. Spot is the shelter’s staff favorite: hit the adopt button and make him shine as your new fave!
